For rush delivery, (within few hours) no extra charges. Normal editing (less than 30% of design stitches change) are FREE OF COST. Above 30% of design change or addition / subtraction in design (apart from provided image) are charged US$5.00 to US$20

IMAGE GUIDELINE

An image itself is the essence of a good quality embroidery design. The designs images can be sent as VECTOR images like Corel Draw (CDR) or Adobe (EPS) which are best, you can also send JPEG, WMF, EMF, BMP, GIF, TIF, .fh*(free hand format), scanned images with resolutions in the range of 100 dpi to 300 dpi are also acceptable

The images should be clear and bold with colors well marked and in good condition to process with digitizing & Vectorization. Clear artwork will allow us to give a precision to the design. Therefore, we prefer that the size of image should be big enough to show detail, but small enough to be managed in a portfolio.

There are many ways to send an image for digitizing & Vectorization, one; you can use our free quote form , in which we offer a browser for image attachment. Two; you can use the contact us option on our home page, which will enable you to send the image as an email attachment.

Third; you can send direct email at orders@website.name . forth; you can use our client portal this is our most useful option to maintain all your designs records also.

SIZE GUIDELINES

It is necessary to decide the size of design before you send it to us. Sizing factors include height, width, position / placement where design is to be produced or place.

For example: it is better to make a left chest design not more than 4 inches wide(101.6 millimeters), as the design will fall into the armpit. Secondly, small lettering has always been a troublemaker. Small letters cannot be embroidered at less than .22 inches height ( 5 millimeters ). If lettering is any smaller you will not be able to see the letters clearly, unless there is a stable fill background under the lettering. We can define some ways to control the neatness in small lettering by changing design dimensions, changing Lower case lettering into uppercase, eliminate some of the small letters, placing the letters on 2 or more lines or Arc the lettering around the logo.

** Please note that due to various types and patterns of art, sizes may not coincide with the size table that we have above. For example for caps, if the height is 2.25 inches, width may not necessary be 4 inches. It could be more or less. If width is more than 4 inches (for caps), it will fall out of the cap size and cannot be embroidered and size needs to be adjusted to fall into the range of size table specified above. **

DELIVERY

Digitized & Vectorized designs are transfer through Internet as an email attachment on the provided email address or Upload in you client portal area. The embroidery digitized designs are in Wilcom(*.EMB) File Format, Tajima(*.DST) File Format and *.PDF file for Colors Sequence and other information regarding design, which is the best File Formats.

We can send you designs only in these formats. In case you need your design(s) other than these File Formats so Please mention specify in special instructions box of our order form while placing the order.
